The Trailhead Children’s Museum is a place of discovery, learning and fun suitable for infants, toddlers and young children! It’s an opportunity for parents and grandparents to engage in their child’s development and for children to uncover scientific secrets, explore their artistic talents and learn about the world and community around them.
Our convenient location provides a unique chance for families to enjoy all that Crested Butte has to offer. A very short walk to the ski lifts and the Mt. Express Shuttle allows older children and adults to get out and adventure while younger members of the family explore at The Museum. One adult must accompany children while at The Museum but we encourage you to be a tag-team family and make the most of your day!
