Museum Floor Staff are the heartbeat of the Trailhead! If you are creative, organized, and enjoy meeting new people, Floor Staff will be a great fit. Museum Floor Staff are responsible for daily museum operations, greeting guests, keeping things organized and clean, and developing new exhibits and museum curriculum. Summer 2026 Events Staff

Join the Trailhead at Alpenglow, Live! from Mt. CB Music on the Mountain, The Big Summer Bash and more as an events staff! Events staff help set up, facilitate, and break down Trailhead community events in Crested Butte and Gunnison. This position is perfect for you if you love creativity, meeting new people, and connecting with our community! Summer 2026 Programs Art Teachers & Outdoor Educators
June 8 - August 21, 2026 • 1-5 days a week • full season commitment preferred
Mandatory Staff Training: June 1-5
Do you love the outdoors, being creative, and hanging with the coolest kids in the Valley?! We are looking for art teachers and outdoor educators for our summer art programs, which run Monday-Friday all summer long. We have half day programs for 3-5 year olds, and full day programs for rising 1st-5th graders. We are looking for summer teachers who are engaging, reliable, and ready for the best summer ever! Experience in visual arts, coaching, education, and camps are all a big plus. Current First Aid and CPR Certifications required. Lead teachers must be 18 years of age or older.
