Volunteer on the Museum Floor:
Help families and children have the best day ever at the Trailhead, while helping the Trailhead stay in tip top shape.
Volunteer at Events:
The Trailhead is a presence at free community events year-round. You can help provide art and play experiences and spread the word about all the fun we’re having!
Museum Development:
Do you have a special talent or skill? The Trailhead is ever-evolving and we always welcome help in the form of exhibit design, construction, local art to add to our atmosphere, or general maintenance and repair of our beloved space.
Meet Me at the Museum
Each month, all are welcome to drop in to the Trailhead to help us with volunteer projects. Projects will range from cleaning to creative, and will help the Trailhead continue to provide high quality experiences to our community all year long.
Museum Meet Up
First Tuesday of Every Month
6-8 pm
*children are welcome, but please note that NO childcare is provided by the Trailhead. Children are welcome to come help with projects under the supervision of their parent or caregiver.
Sign ups are not required, but appreciated!

The Cooperative Membership
If you’re interested in volunteering at the Trailhead and looking to become a member, consider the Cooperative Membership.
Cooperative members commit to a consistent schedule of floor hours, activity or exhibit prep, cleaning, administrative assistance, or construction for 3+ hours per month in exchange for the benefits of a Play Membership for the whole family.
