The Trailhead Children's Museum is excited to announce the grand opening of its new Mine Cabin exhibit on Saturday, May 2nd, at noon! The Crested Butte Heritage museum has provided incredible information to align the exhibit to Crested Butte's history. This exhibit promises an immersive experience into the life of miners, showcasing tools, common minerals, and interactive displays suitable for children of all ages. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will mark the official opening, with complimentary s'mores on the deck to celebrate. Families are encouraged to attend and be among the first to explore this exciting addition to the museum, offering a unique glimpse into the region's mining history.
