July 12: Singalong Sundays - Join us on the deck Sundays at 11 am with musician Phoebe Hunt. Phoebe Hunt is the creator of Plant Seeds Of Music, an educational program showcasing the importance of music in children's lives. This is a donation based event, none will be turned away!
The Book Bus - Wednesdays at 10:15 am: the Book Bus will park at the Trailhead to share their collection of books! The Book Bus travels throughout the valley providing the community with plenty of reading material. Pick some new books for free each week at the Trailhead Children's Museum stop along the Book Bus's route.
Trailhead Tales - Every Thursday at 11 am: Trailhead Tales takes over the museum! Join us for a new and fascinating reader each week.
August 6, 11am: Smokey The Bear! - The Forest Service visits the Trailhead to share the importance of stewardship. Smokey the Bear joins the Forest Service to visit the Trailhead and help teach the importance of fire safety and how to prevent forest fires. Join us to meet Smokey and learn more about our great outdoors!
Mountain Roots Collab - This summer the Trailhead Children's Museum has joined forces with Mountain Roots to bring several gardens to the Trailhead deck located at 501 Elk Ave. Swing by to check out the progress of the veggies and learn about how our vegetables grow.
